Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean and very comfortable, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The location is perfect and the breakfast had a great variety. I felt very welcomed throughout my stay. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Hotel lacks basic services; run down property; staff concern for issues was lacking. The food quality was sub par, and room design was poor for business travellers (eg. no luggage rack in room). Hotel property has changed brand name 4 times in recent years, and lacks any identity or industry standards.

hotel is good. convenient location next to the metro and public transportation. breakfast was great. reception is not helpful neither guest oriented
