1. This was my second visit to Pizza Room in Batumi. 2. Service was very fast — even faster than expected. 3. The staff member taking orders spoke English clearly and politely. 4. I ordered the “5 Cheese Pizza” for 24 GEL. 5. One of the cheeses had a very sour taste — too strong and unusual. 6. I suspect one cheese might have been spoiled. 7. Because of the strange taste, I give minus one star. 8. Everything else — speed, communication, and price — was good. 9. I hope next time the cheese mix will be fresher. 10. The pizza is great. The girls at the checkout are pleasant and smiling. Nice. The only thing is that I would like to have light music in the restaurant against the background so that the noise of the kitchen and conversations would be muffled .

The experience of visiting the pizzeria was just great! The service is at the highest level — the staff was very attentive and friendly. The order was accepted quickly, the food was cooked and delivered to us in the shortest possible time. A well—chosen composition of ingredients made the pizza simply delicious - aroma, taste, texture, everything was perfect! I was especially pleased with the freshness of the products and their quality. We felt at home thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff. We will definitely come back again to enjoy a wonderful experience and delicious pizza! Thank you for a wonderful evening!
