I bought a carpet from the Carpet Home Antares magazine, they sent it home today. there is a difference in both visual and quality between the incoming version and the one shown to me.Dec. i spoke to the owner of the store, he says nothing like that will happen, they said the runners will come non-slip, when I called, he says I didn't say such a thing. they sent a poor quality product. he said he was going to change the product on the phone. runners are also slipping, you've officially cheated, when I said give me my money, I didn't say anything like that, he said go wherever you complain. there is no trace of his polite and respectful behavior when selling the product. I also wanted to let you know from here that I will be complaining now. I have seen that there is no place to choose when buying carpets. the one on the left , the carpet shown on the right.
