Starting from the hostess, ending with the chef, they are warmly welcomed.The view from the window of the 30th floor to the city and the mountains is what made my choice of this restaurant.The dishes chosen were delicious.I was pleased to receive a compliment from the chef in the form of assorted desserts)

We just left this dubious restaurant in terms of service without even seeing the menu. We booked a table by phone in order to arrive in half an hour. We still have a table at the breakfast counter at the hotel (restaurant on the 30th floor of the ritz-carlton hotel). But nothing, we were warmly greeted by an employee at the reception, escorted to the place, and then we were left alone. Waiters passed by, ignoring us as responsibly as possible. Take another couple to another table, bring them a menu, bring them drinks. We just sat at an empty table for 15 minutes while the staff served other tables. We packed up and went to a place that has been proven for years, where every guest is appreciated. Conclusion: only out of deep despair or laziness (if you stay in a hotel) It's worth going to this "restaurant" for dinner. There are a lot of places in Almaty that deserve respect and gratitude.
