Level 3 Local Expert

Disappointing experience with hidden costs and poor management Visited in June 2026 and was highly disappointed. The pricing is incredibly inflated for what you get. There is a confusing entry fee policy (women are charged while men get in free before 10 PM), which is especially tricky for foreigners to navigate. Even with a prior reservation, we were shocked to find out that specific indoor tables required an additional charge of 65 thousand tenge. It makes no sense to charge twice, management should let guests select their tables during the initial booking. The food was a major letdown. We ordered the roasted chicken but were served a small quail instead. It felt insulting, as if they assumed guests wouldn’t notice the difference. As for the entertainment, the DJ played a repetitive, uninspired set of old teen-pop tracks. The main show didn't start until well after 1:00 AM, and it was incredibly vulgar, just a performer splashing water out of a giant wine glass in a tasteless striptease. The crowd consisted mostly of unruly, intoxicated teenagers. Definitely would not recommend.

Place is over rated with not much of a crowd on a weekend. Was forced to pay a entry as well as cover charge which wasn't worth at all. Avoid.
