It's a great place. The rooms are clean. The hosts and staff are good-natured and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. I hope we'll meet again. The only request is to do something with the doors, they slam terribly because they are wooden (although this is a plus, and they slam a minus)))) maybe stick an elastic band or some kind of seal. A great guest house. We had a rest in September. Everything is clean, towels and bed linen are changed. There is a market and an Olympus store nearby. Ldzaa beach is 7 minutes by car, within walking distance is also a beach of 25 minutes. The kitchen is shared but clean enough. The staff is friendly. We really liked it, we will come again 😊

The room has everything for convenience - shower, sink, toilet, air conditioning, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, hair dryer. There is an iron. Good bed linen, towels, clean, fresh everything. Well-maintained cozy courtyard, comfortable summer kitchen, barbecue. Good location- near supermarket, market, butcher shop. There is a drinks shop at the guest house. Responsive, attentive staff. There is a laundry service, and there is also a laundry dryer. Thanks to the host Aslan, we enjoyed staying with you.

We spent our holidays in this guest house. The owner Aslan is not a man, but a big caring and generous lion. Every evening I was interested in whether everything was fine and how we were resting, and I put a bottle of not the last wine on my birthday. All problems were solved quickly, although in general there were not many of them. On the plus side, everything is still new, it was recently opened, all the equipment is working properly. It takes 10-15 minutes to the sea, depending on your walking pace and the desired bathing place (we went to a wilder beach where the waves are). More importantly, it's five minutes to the market, where everything is much cheaper than the beaches. If you are going to cook yourself, I highly recommend buying seasonings at the same market. On top of everything else, the place is very quiet and calm, no noise of cars and the hubbub of tourists, no crowds walking past the windows. There is a kitchen under a canopy, showers and a bathroom separately in each room. There is a barbecue, but you will have to buy coal. Well, the main plus is that Aslan himself keeps a store on the territory that sells wines, lemonades and drinking water, which saved us a lot of hassle. The wine was sold even late in the evening, when they ate shish kebab and finished their own. I think I've said it all. Well, yes, the price was very good, as we were looking for a budget option. That's all. Good luck to you, Aslan, in your endeavors, and have a good rest for all tourists!

I once again texted the hostess on the phone with all our data, she assured me that they were waiting, everything was in order. In less than a day!!! There is just a message in the Booking "there are no places"!Can you imagine our panic?With children , the transfer is booked , peak season-everything is busy everywhere, there is no time left to search accordingly. and here 's the news . When he makes a phone call, he explains this by saying that guests allegedly came to his father and he settled them in our rooms, after which he hangs up and simply does not pick up. It's like the cherry on the cake!If you want to be sure that you will not be left outside so that your vacation will be in a positive mood, I highly RECOMMEND IT!!!!As we wrote below, even prepayment will not save you, choose proven places!

We rested with my husband for 3 days during the June holidays. We were allowed to leave an hour later than the check-out. But we agreed with the woman to extend it to 17-18 hours. We were charged 1000rubles!!! provided that the room cost 1800 via booking. When we returned to get our things, there was no water in the room. Those are for what, and alas. We asked for a refund of some of the money, because we could not fully use the service. If we knew, we wouldn't need it at all. The boorish behavior of the "guard", the cat had already drunk vodka at the table with this woman and the seller of the neighboring store at 10 a.m. -"there is a lot of water in the sea, will you wash there", "are things in place? Say thank you." We left in shock!!!! People are terrible and no amount of time will change them!!!! The service will never appear there!!! The house is located on the outskirts, next to the market.. It's quiet, but there's an industrial zone, a car wash and bonfires burning around. The sea is 20 minutes away, the room is price-quality. I hope the owner will see this review, because it did not work out to contact him through his zealous staff, which is not surprising.
