Instead of apologizing, the administrator only replied: "Sometimes we have a lot of orders, wait a bit more." There was also no apology when the order was issued. In addition, we were not given chopsticks for four and paid wasabi, although we asked for it. We placed the order at 19:40 and expected to receive it by 21:40. It was extremely unpleasant to wait an extra 40 minutes, especially in a heavy downpour!
