I came to the clinic to make an appointment for castration of the cat. It turned out that there was no light in the clinic. I was convinced that it was okay and that the operation could be performed without light, but for now we will take tests. I had a lot of cats and neutered them all. They never insisted on tests. This is purely the prerogative of the host. Well, okay, we took tests from a one-year-old domestic cat for 16,000. Why is not clear. As a result, it turned out that he was healthy. While the tests were being taken, both paws were opened. One vein was pierced through, the paw was swollen, and they picked at it for 20 minutes. The poor cat was just in shock from fear and horror. When he's afraid, he freezes and doesn't react to anyone. Finally, after mutilating the cat, they took tests. It's up to the surgery, but you see, they can do the surgery without light, but they can't check the tests in the laboratory without light. And so I stood with the poor cat in the hallway for an hour, waiting for everyone to eat and do their business. As a result, they decided to have an operation for tomorrow. The cat is in vienna, the cat is crying. We're going home, we promised to call about the tests and coordinate what to do. I waited until the evening. It's just over an hour before the clinic closes. I can't stand it and I'm calling myself. On the other end, the doctor chewing something said that the light was given as I left. But they couldn't call me because everyone was very busy. In general, of course, I took this cat off the poor crying cat. And he refused to take the animal to them in the morning. I didn't get any further answers to questions about how to be with an animal, just some excuses and attempts to make myself look right. They also tried to tell me that cats always have this problem with blood, they take 20 minutes. I'm 45 years old, I've had a bunch of cats, I've done tests and vaccinations for everyone. It is no different from the usual procedures. In short, as a result.: They took 16,000 for unnecessary tests for me. The animal is scared, its paws are mutilated. The operation has not been performed. Decide for yourself whether to take your animal there or not. Personally, I didn't take any more chances.

The best Veterinary Clinic in Gyumri. Yes, there are disadvantages. But the alternative is a trip to Yerevan. Therefore, if something is urgent or vaccinations / basic tests, then only here. Clean visits, doctors treat animals well, there is a veterinary clinic and overexposure after operations
