We have already vacationed at this boarding house twice with our family. The rooms are air-conditioned, there is a table and chairs on the balcony, you can sit there to eat or relax. The toilet is in the room, the shower is outside. The suite has bathrooms, as far as I know, in the room. The food is very good and delicious, you don't leave the dining room, but you roll out) The beach is very close, you can take deck chairs for the day. If you live in a boarding house - 200 rubles, if not - 300 rubles. The territory of the boarding house is very beautiful! There is always something in bloom, you can hide in the shade of trees on a hot day, there is a Playground. The only negative is that it's a bit expensive, as far as I'm concerned. The rooms themselves, the dining room, and the on-site cafe. You can make a purchase in the village center much cheaper.

We had a vacation in 2025. The room price is 7 thousand per day. The base is located on the very shore of the sea, which is very pleasing. The room was clean. The bed linen is clean, not washed. The suite was never a suite at all. One roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for the entire rest period. Are you serious about this??? It's a long way up the hill to go to the store, there are no shops nearby, only cafes. The room has air conditioning, TV. No one has reconfigured the satellite since the time of the square, there is nothing to watch at all. There is Wi-fi, it catches steadily. The room has a sink, toilet and bathtub. The bathtub itself is very high, an elderly person will not be able to climb into it. The shower itself was also not thoughtfully hung, very high, the water pours right up to the opposite wall. The highlight of the Patriot base is its incredible audibility. It was something. With every step the child took, an inadequate person came running from below and yelled that the children were interfering with his rest and it was one o'clock in the afternoon. There is no kitchen, there is no microwave. Meals at the table (breakfast / dinner for 500 rubles, lunch - 700 rubles). The food is delicious, but there were mistakes in the table. One day they came hungry after lunch. The soup was, to put it mildly, not a fountain, having tried a spoonful, no one began to eat. The second was fish, which most children don't eat. But this situation happened once. In general, everything was delicious. The beach is like a beach. Sun beds are available for a fee. The attitude of the administration also leaves much to be desired. Be prepared that if you do not arrive exactly at 12.00 (14.00) you will be told off like a naughty child. And the nastiest thing is the eviction. Every teaspoon and every towel will be counted in front of you, it feels like you are the main thief. This is the first time I've had a number checked like this. In general, I don't set foot in Patriot anymore.

Excellent boarding house a minute from the sea. Delicious food. The only disadvantage is that there is no choice of dishes. The territory is very well maintained, landscaped. The staff is polite. There are 2 large sunshades on the beach. A great option for both children and adults. In the sea, you don't have to go far to get to the required depth) Thank you for a wonderful stay)

The boarding house itself is small, the rooms were clean, you need to clean yourself, there is a vacuum cleaner in the corridor, there is no opportunity to cook yourself, you need to eat in the dining room, the food in the dining room is delicious, the portions are large, but not cheap. There are benches, gazebos, a children's slide, but unfortunately not all vacationers have enough space in the evenings. There is nowhere to go in the village itself, so all your rest will be on the territory of the boarding house. There is also a mini cafe on site - alcohol/ice cream.
