I had a very disappointing experience with ice cappuccino in this place. The drink I was served was essentially a glass completely filled with whipped cream, with almost no coffee or any liquid-it's not at all what you'd expect when ordering an ice cappuccino. A proper ice cappuccino should have a base of espresso and cold milk (often with ice), with a light airy foam on top — and not be a dessert glass of cream. What I was served looks more like a sweet topping than a coffee drink. When I pointed out the problem, they told me it was their "quality standard," which raises even more questions. If this is indeed the case, I would strongly recommend not ordering this drink here. For such a price and with such expectations, this is absolutely unacceptable. I will not order this anymore and I advise others to think twice before buying.
