The work on the protective film sticker on the iPad was done very poorly. Immediately after the sticker, there is a noticeable stripe/defect in the center of the screen. I contacted about this on the same day, but they told me that this was normal and that the streak should disappear on its own within a week, "resolve". More than a week has passed, but the defect has not disappeared anywhere — the stripe is still on the screen and is clearly visible. In addition, the film was scratched with a scraper during the sticker process. I couldn't immediately notice the scratch, but later I discovered this defect on the surface of the film. I repeatedly applied to the store with a request to fix the work or replace the film, but was refused. I was informed that there is no guarantee for such work, so they cannot fix the sticker, replace the film, or refund the money. I find this attitude to the client extremely unpleasant. I paid for the service, but in the end I received a film with visible defects that appeared during the sticker process. However, instead of solving the problem, they simply refused me, citing the lack of warranty. It's especially frustrating that I was initially asked to wait a week and assured that the streak would disappear, but after that the problem was never resolved. I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the work and the attitude towards the client. I do not recommend contacting here for a protective film sticker.
