The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to help and create a pleasant atmosphere. The food is delicious and varied, everyone will find something to their liking. However, the music doesn't always meet expectations, and sometimes the breaks between dances are too long.

The visit to this institution ended with a denial of service without explanation and inappropriate behavior of the staff. My companions and I were wrongly accused of being intoxicated, which was untrue and insulting. The fact of our visit has been confirmed: there is a receipt and photos. After the refusal, we were forced to go downstairs to another institution. The right to refuse is possible in itself, but the form and reasons for refusal must be correct and respectful. There was also a rude attitude and unsubstantiated accusations. Additionally, I would like to note that the administration avoids a meaningful response to the claim, limiting itself to formal reactions. I share this experience so that other visitors understand the kind of attitude they may encounter.
