Excellent and friendly staff, tries to help in any matter. The operators are neat and pleasant, they work clearly and quickly. My wife and I went to buy a phone, took a clock unit and a film from above, and it took 5 minutes for everything to happen. Thanks to specialist Gennady for his promptness and to the staff for their competent advice!

The staff leaves much to be desired. Sluggish, unskilled. I have been to this service center 2 times. The first time they connected to the wrong tariff plan, the second time I waited for 10 minutes while 2 specialists vaguely explained her question to the woman, although one could have dealt with the accumulated queue.
