A chic new hotel with a heated pool, delicious buffet meals, large rooms with balconies and air conditioning. Sockets by the bed. The bed is large and comfortable. The bedding is clean and pleasant. Shower towels are softer than fluff. The doors to the balcony are equipped with a mosquito net. There is a clothes dryer on the balcony, a light, an outlet. Sofa, table. The hotel has its own well, filters, and drinking tap water. Combined bathroom. All accessories are available. There are separate beach towels in the room. Slippers, bathrobes are a nice bonus. Tea station and mugs. Bags can be taken in the dining room, but sugar is poured into a container there. The entrance to the dining room is from the side of the street and the pool. Very comfortable chairs. The staff works quickly and accurately. If something is over, a new portion is quickly taken out. For breakfast, a cute girl cooks scrambled eggs and an omelet. Delicious pancakes for lunch and dinner. 🥞 The dinners are quite varied 😋 There are sun beds and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool. There are two bars by the pool: One is open until 20:00- with snacks and drinks (donuts, cheese pie, compote) The second one is free until 20-00, paid until 23-00, also next to the pool, near the dining room. There are also unlimited ice cream cups. Cozy territory, lots of entrance doors from different sides of the hotel. Daily room cleaning. It's comfortable to relax, not far from the border. A very nice girl at the reception. Promptly tries to resolve issues if they arise.

Very nice new hotel. We were one of the first to arrive and were pleasantly surprised. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a beach nearby. The food is quite decent. No frills, but everything is enough and delicious. The sea is clear, the coastline is wide and empty. The rooms are huge and gorgeous. There are bathrobes, slippers, large bath towels, a hairdryer and an iron. Beach towels. In general, it's gorgeous!

We had a rest in July 2026, the impressions are not likely!!! I liked everything! Very clean and well maintained territory. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The bathroom is fully equipped. It has everything you need: shower gel, shampoo and conditioner for hair, liquid soap and body lotion, toothbrushes and paste, cotton swabs... Hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. The towels are very cool, the bed linen is luxurious. The room also has an ironing board and an iron. The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable. Thanks to which we slept very well. As well as additional orthopedic pillows to make it convenient to watch TV! There is a spacious terrace with upholstered furniture in each room. I really liked the food too. Everything is fresh, delicious and quite diverse. And of course, the cold Sukhumi beer. By the way, there was always white and red wine in the dining room. Not bad enough. In any case, it's better than in other hotels in Abkhazia where I've been. Although I prefer to buy factory-made wine in the store rather than locally produced, but here this wine was just delicious. All the staff is very polite and helpful! The love issue and desire were resolved instantly. The sea is just a step away from the hotel! The pool is warm, sun beds with mattresses, tables and umbrellas! In general, everything for a comfortable stay! Many thanks to the whole team, to everyone who created, who works and puts their soul into this wonderful paradise on earth!!! We will definitely come next year, and I advise and recommend everyone.
