It's a wonderful location, one of the best, I would say, near Arbat Street, near a lot of cozy and beautiful restaurants. It's very convenient to have a stroll in the center and close to the subway. For me it's one of the best experiences staying in Moscow. Welcoming staff, neat rooms, and a vast variety of dishes for breakfast. Great restaurant, very tasty.

I came from Dubai, and one of the receptionists was extremely rude. They are rude and impolite to foreigners. He was reluctant to go through the check-in process and spoke in an unacceptable manner; he lacked tact. The room was filthy; there was dust, the bedsheets smelled bad, and there was mold in the bathroom. Worse still, a cockroach appeared. The food was deadly; I got food poisoning on the second day. It was a terrible day and a terrible stay. I couldn't stay; I left immediately. Although I complained, they didn't apologize, and I didn't get a refund. In truth, the hotel is very bad.
