I was in the summer of 2025, and I had a great rest. This is a place for those who like a quiet family vacation by the clear sea on a sparsely populated beach. There are many cafes around where they are well-fed and tasty, a market, pharmacies, shops with everything you need within walking distance. And most importantly, a cozy and conveniently located hotel with a well-established lifestyle. Later, I brought my friends here in November, and everyone had a lot of fun. We were lucky with the weather, we swam every day (water +17-18) and traveled half of Abkhazia along all available routes without fuss and large crowds of tourists. We will come again❤️❤️❤

We stayed at this guest house in August 2025 and were absolutely delighted! The sea is just a stone's throw away, the beach is clean, and having a shower right on the beach turned out to be a pleasant surprise (this is a real rarity for Abkhazia). We lived in a new building — the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, perfect cleanliness and everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Canteens, cafes and shops are within walking distance, so there were no problems with food and shopping. I would like to mention the hosts separately — incredibly pleasant, friendly people who are always ready to help, prompt and answer any questions. This is not the first time we have been on vacation in Abkhazia, but it was the first time we found ourselves in such comfortable conditions — we were very pleasantly surprised. Many thanks to Lyuba and her whole family for their hard work and warm attitude! We will definitely come back again.

The sea, as they say, is just a stone's throw away. Even closer are shops, a pharmacy, tour vendors, a minibus stop, and a railway station (where trains rarely run, so they are perceived more as a pleasant variety of scenery). The rooms are always the cleanest I've ever seen in different places. The hosts are very calm and pleasant, they have been like family for many years of annual holidays, and many of the guests have also known each other for a long time. I always come here for the atmosphere. Among the attractions on the beach there is an old park, nearby there is a small private museum of local life, at the other end of the village there are ruins of an ancient Christian temple, in the center of the village there is a market where not only various merchants come, but also locals with their crops. If you climb the mountain, you can enjoy an incredible view. At the end of the beach there are white cliffs, where tourists come specially to admire, elegant girls, couples, and newlyweds hold photo shoots. If you walk further along the beach or drive one stop on any minibus, there will be a Cold river and a sanatorium on the mountain, where you can climb by elevator or by car. Not far from the sanatorium there is a cottage of I.V. Stalin, almost the only one preserved almost in its original form, with original interiors (there you can buy a ticket and listen to the tour). Well, you can buy excursions to all the other attractions of Abkhazia or just take a car, minibus or train.
