I had a very bad experience with the receptionists at the hotel in the very early morning, they were not cooperative at all. Although I paid all the cash on me that already covered the early checkin costs, they didn’t allow me to the room at 06:00 in the morning and they requested that I pay for the other coming 2 days, they didn’t allow me to rest a few hours till noon so I can change money and pay. I don’t recommend that hotel at all. I decided not to stay and went in the streets of Petersburg at dawn time looking for another hotel. I found one very good hotel in the centre that unconditionally welcomed an exhausted man with his little son.

Приезжала с 3 дневной экскурсией в Питер, проживание было в этой гостинице. Расположение очень удобное, в центре, в очень красивом районе, номера приличные всё для проживания имеется, хочется отметить разнообразное меню на любой вкус и цвет как говорится, всё очень вкусное!

The room is very smelly. They could not fix it despite repeated complaints. Housekeeping is a joke. Very poor service indeed.
