Excellent apartments, everything is clean and tidy, modern renovation, were in April 2026, lived on the penultimate floor, not too high, since there is no elevator, but the comfort of housing and location are simply excellent, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, shops, all the main attractions of the central part of Yerevan in 10-20 minutes walk, we really I liked it, I definitely recommend it!

It's a beautiful place! Very hospitable, cozy, well maintained. The location is 100 out of 10. Everything is within walking distance: sights, excellent cafes, restaurants, favorite pastry shops, and the most beautiful streets of Yerevan. The staff is professional in their field, starting from the reception and ending with the perfect room cleaning. We heartily recommend it!

Excellent apartment, fully equipped with everything necessary for living. It is very clean, and guests are provided with bathrobes and slippers. Friendly staff. I would like to mention the convenient location: within walking distance of the opera house, parks, metro station. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants.
