The best hotel in Yerevan!! Location is top!! The staff is very friendly! Bright and helpful guys! Also I’d like to say that the barman Edvard is a real professional! Wanted to drink Armenian coffee and he laid the table the way Armenians do!!)))

В номере нет воды, нет кружек, ложек-не предусмотрено. Но это цветочки, ночью я проснулась от дикого грохотав коридоре, подумала наверно гости выезжают, но жто продолжалось долго. Затем кто начал тереться об дверь моего номера, я дико испугалась. Выглянула в глазок, никого - но спать я не могу мкня тресят, зарем снова шорох у двери и грохот - я выхожу, а это убрршица оказалось у них рядом комната с тележками и бельем. Я говорю: вы в своем уме, время час ночи, а ответ услышала: я почти закончила. Я не спала полночи, хотя приехала в отель отдохнуть, перед вылетом. Вишенка на торте, когда утром при выселении сообщила об этом на ресепшен, мне ответили : да у нас часто уборка проводиться ночью, это нормально 😳 Если хотите выспаться ночью, вам не сюда.

According to level it doesn't deserve price rooms too small standard or other service poor and staff at reception is not dealing properly with us no smile or offer of any types of help answers mostly with no you needs to carry your bags you needs to move to third floor to press your clothes you can hear the next room conversation easy price is 55 thousands dram almost 150 us dollars is too much for such budget place even if location at centre without any special view and with noisy construction works near you have to wakes up early many better choices at yerevan this brands is absolutely so poor service and staff not only at yerevan even i tried dubai staff and rooms so poor but price at dubai is better
