Russian Russians came with their children to apply for a social card, they did not find the service we needed in the terminal, knocked out an application ticket, stood in line, went to the window, they speak to me in Armenian, I ask if there is someone who speaks Russian?, they answer: no, no one..., I explain in Russian that I need it, she answers, in RussianWrong ticket, go get another one, I ask which service should I choose?, he answers, I go, I don't find it, I come back, I say, I don't find such a service, can someone help me get the right ticket? He doesn't even look up, says (disdainfully): No! You have to do it yourself. And so: on my appeal, I was refused three times in the form of a No answer!!. As a result, just the left person from the queue helped with the ticket, but as soon as the ticket was taken, all the work of the passport desk simply stopped, not a single window worked, not a single person was invited to the window, not a single service was provided for 30 minutes. It's a terrible place. Or people, I don't even know.

I stood for 2.5 hours to get a social number. I had an appointment for a certain time, but apparently people come here just without an appointment, as a result, two grandfathers just rushed in front of me and they were served. Although the whole procedure takes at most 15 minutes, and my young man went to the same department and spent conditionally 15-30 minutes on everything. I had another working day and had to reschedule a work meeting because of such a long wait. Moreover, the reason for such a long service is simply amazing - the employee did not know how to arrange a social number for non-residents, and another woman who knew went to lunch. And so I waited for her for an hour. But in the end, this employee was helped to fill out the application by another woman who had been sitting there all this time (and in theory it was possible to contact her immediately, and not avoid me). But thanks to all of them at least for sincerely wanting to help. And everyone was very polite <3 In general, I don't have the most pleasant memories. It is unclear why all this is needed with a record for a certain time, if everyone does not care about it)
