Skype, which is also presented on the official website as a means of feedback, does not work. at least, no one has written to me from there for the second day. I found them on the FB, wrote them in the messenger. The message was read, but there was no response. I marked them on my page with the question, do they work? ignore it. the next day, already desperate, I decided to try if there were any living people there, and wrote "***". The answer immediately came to me, how dare I insult. I will not go into details about what the other person on the other side was justifying: he literally said: we decide whether to work or not, and that they have no time. but this man had time to argue with me for 5 minutes. I promised to tell them about my experience of interacting with them, to which I received the answer that they did not interact with me in any way. if there are so many problems just at the stage of simply responding to a message, then what can we say about real problems, as I imagine that I will have questions about a visa, and at this moment they suddenly decide that they do not want to work ... in general, it's just some kind of horror. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!
