We recently used the services of Tropicana Tours to book a tour, and, unfortunately, the impressions remained extremely negative. It seems that the agency is only interested in receiving money from customers, and they do not pay attention to the quality of services provided. At the hotel, a child fell on the playground and suffered a finger injury due to the poor condition of the equipment. We immediately tried to contact the agency, but they just didn't answer any calls or messages. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the child's health. I consider this agency unreliable and do not recommend it to others. Complete disappointment and the feeling that we were just deceived.
