I'm from Belgorod. We were in Khujand on a business trip. We stayed at the hotel for 5 full days. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are monotonous, portioned, but nutritious. I don't feel like eating after breakfast until 13-00- 14-00. We lived in room 402. The floor is quiet. Video surveillance is underway. The hotel is located within walking distance to the central park and the cable car. There is a cooler with very hot and cold water on the floor. The room is heated by air conditioning. The shower and toilet are in perfect condition. At our request, they changed the set of towels, gave us an electric kettle and cups with a spoon. The price-quality ratio is fully justified. I advise business travelers and people without pretensions to perfect comfort to stay at the hotel. Khujand is really a safe city. Everyone understands and speaks Russian. There was no discomfort. Khujans are very friendly.

- an old hotel with all the consequences - there were cold scrambled eggs and cold porridge for breakfast (( it's better not to count on breakfast + location- near a park, a fortress, a bunch of cafes nearby + friendly staff, ready to help + despite the shabbiness, the hotel is clean, a very good option for 1 night!

The hotel is in terrible condition, it is even difficult to single out something specific, in a poor state it betrays literally EVERYTHING from the bed to the bathroom. I do not recommend it to ANYONE, even an overnight stay at the station will seem more comfortable to you than here
