Awful service. They do not assist you. Only thing they are trying to do is to take money out of your pocket. No options, no suggestions. You will end up paying double for everything. The worst tour service in my life. Visa service was awful as well. We knew all better than they. In the end I was preparing everything, I was running for everything. I knew the updates better than them.
