There are 13 floors, but only 4 of them are occupied, and the last ones have only recently moved in. It means an overprise for the area. There is not enough coffee shop or dining room inside, especially in winter. The windows are washed seasonally . There are 6 elevators, but they are so unpredictable, we have not understood the logic of their operation for more than a year.
