We returned from beautiful Abkhazia on January 31. We spent a week at the Garuda Boutique Hotel. We had room 301 with a balcony on the third floor. I should immediately note that the room was warm. A heater is installed. Everything you need in the room: a comfortable double bed, two pillows!large and small, two blankets, air conditioning, TV, tea station, mirror, small sofa, hairdryer, bathrobes, safe, slippers, shoe shine set, telephone, towels for the pool. The pool is small but clean. The water is warm. The room itself is small. The bathroom is spacious. Soap supplies and toilet paper are constantly replenished. The room has a mini bar and laundry service for a fee. There is a cooler and an ironing board on the floor. I would like to mention the nutrition separately! The food was very tasty and varied! Very rarely, any dish was repeated. Waiters constantly monitor the availability of dishes and cleanliness. In general, all the staff is very friendly and courteous. They do their job perfectly.! Despite the fact that the hotel is located at the intersection of roads, the noise from the cars did not bother us. Sometimes we slept with an open balcony (we were lucky with the weather, it reached plus 20). By the way, there is an additional screen door on the balcony. For me, the distance to the embankment turned out to be a small disadvantage. Since we were vacationing out of season, this disadvantage was not critical. Overall, I really liked everything.

Recently, I had a chance to go on a business trip to sunny Sukhum, a city where the sea whispers ancient sagas. We stayed at your hotel, and the choice turned out to be the right one: we took a spacious room that did not overlook the pool in order to avoid the daytime hum (and it was because the kids were splashing there) and enjoy the privacy with a view of the green distance. I was pleased with the service: the staff is attentive, always ready to prompt or help. Everything went smoothly, without unnecessary hassle. The only negative is that the minibar, alas, did not impress. The chocolate we took from there was covered with a layer of ancient forgetfulness, like dust on a book forgotten in an archive. A nuance with breakfast: the buffet offers a variety of dishes, but in our opinion, they lacked taste ... a little bland, without a spark. However, in the season, everything probably comes to life and blossoms. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression - a cozy shelter for a tired traveler. I recommend it!
