A very nice hotel in a central location in Moscow. Within walking distance of many places. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are large and modernly designed. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing. We travel the world for work and stay in many hotels. This was the first hotel where we couldn't find a single thing to criticize. Thank you to all the hotel staff. You are wonderful people. You won't find such a wonderful staff speaking English, Turkish, Arabic, Russian and other languages in any other hotel. Best regards to everyone.

The hotel was generally nice and comfortable, but the bed mattress was a bit too firm for me. The pillows were not very comfortable either, and the window shutters could use some maintenance. With a few improvements, the stay would be perfect

Despite what I will comment below, me and my family really enjoyed staying at the Ararat Hotel. The staff and treatment feeling you are at 5 stars home. They take care of every single details. Why I send this message that I usually don’t comments on surveys. My wife forgot small silver ring that has a big value since I gave her as a gift before 19 years, Upon reaching Saint Petersburg, she remembered that something is missing, I called the hotel and they have asked me about the specifications, and promised to get back to me. Just 5 minutes later, they called me informing they have found it. I returned back to Moscow after 4 days, I went to the hotel, they have made all necessary identity check up, and they gave the ring to me.
