I am very disappointed with the service and especially with the administrator's reaction. Initially, I ordered only lagman and tea. After ordering, the waiter informed me about the minimum deposit of 15,000, and I had to order more snacks to finish the amount. Including fried shrimps, which are served as an appetizer on the menu. Then the timing started to fail completely. Lagman, I waited for almost an hour. The only snacks were samsa and tea. They remembered the shrimps only when I had already finished the lagman and was about to leave because I was late. I calmly said that I no longer needed them, and it was also not an option, because I was not going home and they would simply disappear. Instead of apologizing and making a normal decision, the administrator immediately began to press “you ordered” and “you voiced the deposit,” neither canceling the position due to the delay, nor even offering any compensation. As a result, the shrimps were already brought along with the bill, as if this was how it should be. I paid the bill in full, but I didn't take the shrimp. The question is not about the money, but about the approach. For Cimbulac and a tourist destination, this is a very low level of service and communication.

Nice tea house on the slope. We took both European and local dishes, everything was delicious. The teas are good. There are always empty seats. The service is on the level, unlike some other resorts on the slope.
