Or does article 111 for torturing and bullying animals not work in Uzbekistan? This attitude of local people towards animals is very frustrating, I'm just disappointed. I would also like to breathe fresh air in the park, but it turns out that I am walking through some kind of market, which is shrouded in black smoke. We walked around the entire park, and it turns out that the smoke was coming from the samsa they make in front of the Chavados restaurant. We would have gone for a walk, but it's unpleasant even to be there, and there's a lot of garbage. :\ We came to Tashkent to visit, we were advised to visit different parks, but so far such places only disappoint, especially the attitude towards animals. 😔
