And the caveat is that they take a lot of coupons (there were a lot of people in front of us). BUT! Some of them go down for reconciliation, they don't have time, and the coupons disappear. Therefore, it is difficult to predict the queue movement. Next, go to the common room (to the right). If you do not have a ready-made application, we look for the "Document preparation (green)" windows and take a queue there. The girls will do it for you very quickly. Moreover, we simply submitted the entire package of documents to each window with the words "this is all there is." The girls patiently chose what they needed. Next, we go to the bank's cash desk, submit a completed application - the girls themselves consider everything that you need to pay for. Then, with an application, a package of documents and receipts, we wait for our turn and go to the window. If we don't have time, we look for someone with whom we can exchange coupons. Our experience: we arrived at 7.45. We submitted our documents at 8.45. We picked up our rooms at 11.00. But let me remind you - we are without reconciliation. Therefore, it's not scary. You can take a ticket and stand waiting for your turn, or you can go to the vacant window and quickly clarify whether you have applied to the right place, whether you have correctly assembled a package of documents, what to add or remove. And yes, the queue is very long because of the tricksters who take the ticket, but there is no reconciliation yet, or the fees have not been paid, or the ticket has been taken at all, and the employee invites three times, and the visitor is not at all ready to approach! That's why it's the turn of such "sly people"! I would also like to mention the work of the head, Evgeny Igorevich Yaskovets, I have asked questions several times that ordinary employees cannot answer, my knowledge is excellent, I have contacted you several times, if they cannot answer you elsewhere, please contact us, he will explain everything simply and clearly!
