Privacy policy of processing your Personal Information obtained from Google services

If you are a user of the services provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, United States) and at the same time a user of the Yandex Services which use Google's APIs technology, for example, if you use the mail client service Yandex.Mail to connect to the Gmail mailbox (https://mail.google.com), then in the relationship of processing your Personal Information obtained during the use of such Yandex Service (hereinafter “Received data”), regardless of the provisions of the Privacy Policy (https://yandex.com/legal/confidential) the following conditions should be applied:

  • Yandex services use access to Received data only to provide you with the opportunity to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer Received data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Yandex will not use Received data for serving advertisements.
  • Use of Yandex Services will not allow others to access Received data and will not allow humans to read Received data unless Yandex have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, and doing so is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the Service’s internal operations and even then only when Received data have been aggregated and anonymized.
