Terms of Use of Yandex WebSQL
This document contains specific Terms of Use of Yandex WebSQL (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (”Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.
1. Functional Features of the Service
1.1. Yandex provides the Customer with the Service that allows to work with Databases.
1.2. Functional Features of the Service:
1.2.1. Connectivity to various Databases;
1.2.2. Ability to view and modify schemas of Databases;
1.2.3. Ability to view and manipulate data within Databases;
1.2.4. Ability to execute and share saved queries;
1.2.5. Ability to review the results of queries executed;
1.2.6. Support for creating of queries using syntax hints and error highlighting.
1.2.7. Use of generative models for:
- generating Database queries;
- reviewing and analyzing Databases.
The generative-model functionality is provided to the Customer via the Yandex Foundation Models service, the terms of use of which are located at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_terms_yandex_foundation_models.
The Customer may, at its discretion, disable functionality that uses generative models.
By accepting these Terms, the Customer represents and warrants that it has read and agrees to the terms of use of the Yandex Foundation Models service.
1.2.8. Other functional features of the Service, which Yandex makes available to Customer. Functional features of the Service are described in Documentation on Site.
1.3. Service Level is not determined for the Service.
2. Pricing
2.1. The use of the Service is non chargeable and it is included in the cost of other services provided under the Agreement.
2.2 The use of the Yandex Lockbox as part of the Service is charged separately according to Service Rates of Yandex Lockbox.
3. Additional restrictions on the use of the Service
3.1. The Service may contain a number of restrictions, a list of which is contained on the Site in the section "Quotas and limits".
Definitions
Within the framework of this document, the term "Database" defined as indicated with a capital letter below takes precedence over any other terms defined in this Agreement or in the terms of use for other Services.
Database - ClickHouse, MySQL®, PostgreSQL databases.
