Terms of Use of Yandex Cloud CDN

This document contains specific Terms of Use of Yandex Cloud CDN (“the Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and Service Terms set forth at https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_service_terms/. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

1. Functional Features of the Service

1.1. The Service provides the Customer with the ability to configure a high-speed level of storage of Content on CDN-Servers in order to increase the speed of providing Content in response to requests from end users.

1.2. Functional Features of the Service:

1.2.1. to set up conditions for providing a high-speed level of Content storage;

1.2.2. to set up technical parameters of Content distribution;

1.2.3. other functional features of the Service, which Yandex makes available to the Customer. Functional features of the Service are described in Documentation on Site.

1.3. Service Level is determined for the Service in accordance with SLA.

2. Tariffication of the Service

2.1. The use of the Service is chargeable.

2.2. Service Fee for the Service is determined as per Service Rates and billing units specified on Site. Yandex may change Service Rates as prescribed by Agreement concluded with the Customer.

2.3. Service Fee for the Service depends on the volume of CDN-Traffic from CDN-Servers is charged, as well as other additional services consumed by the Client related to the use of the Service.

2.4. Yandex may from time to time provide Customer with additional functional features of the Service for an additional fee.

3. Limitations

3.1. The list of additional limitations of the Service specified on Site in “Quotas and Limits” section.

Terms

CDN-Traffic — the volume of information outgoing to external information systems passing through the virtual computing power and other cloud resources of the Platform provided to the Client, as well as computing power and other cloud resources of EdgeCenter LLC (PSRN: 1137746982966). Information on the CDN-Traffic consumed in the Service is provided to the Client in the Statistics.

CDN-Servers — the servers of a distributed network infrastructure owned by EdgeCenter LLC and/or managed by Yandex.Cloud LLC that allows optimizing the delivery of information and Content to end users on the Internet.
