Yandex.Cloud Service Terms of Iron Hive doo Beograd
This Yandex.Cloud Service Terms (“Service Terms”) constitutes terms of use of certain Yandex.Cloud Services and forms an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”). This document consists of Universal Service Terms applicable to all Services (“Universal Terms”) and Terms of Use of Specific Services (“Terms”). Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement.
UNIVERSAL TERMS
1. General provisions
1.1. Description of Services and Service`s Documentation are available on Site and/or in Management Console. Customer must comply with Documentation applicable to Services.
1.2. Yandex may make new Services available to Customer. Terms of use of new Services will be posted online at the URL specified at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_specific_terms and become effective once posted, unless otherwise stipulated in relevant document.
1.3. The use of certain Services may be limited by Quotas and Limits described on Site and/or in Management Console.
1.4. Yandex may provide Customers with access to different versions of Services.
1.5. The Services may be provided through the use of third-party products, the use of which is carried out on terms determined by the relevant third parties, according to which the Customer is obliged to comply with such third-party requirements, including, but not limited to, requirements located at the following
2. Versions of Services
2.1. Preview
2.1.1. Preview means the version of Service or additional feature of Service, intended for external testing the functionality and research capabilities aimed at improving, identifying and fixing errors, collecting Customers' wishes for the subsequent release of Public Version. Preview can be used for the test environment and for work with non-critical tasks in the production environment.
2.1.2. Preview is available to all Customers, subject to prior access confirmation by Yandex.
2.1.3. The use of Preview is subject to the present document, Service Documentation available on Site or in Management Console and Terms of Use of relevant Service (if there are any). Version of Service and/or certain feature of Service is specified in Management Console and/or on Site and may depends on the Availability Zone selected by the Customer.
2.1.4. There is no Service Level provided for Preview. Technical support is available. The use of Preview is free of charge, unless otherwise stipulated by Terms of Use of relevant Services, Documentation and/or Site.
2.1.5. Yandex may suspend or terminate Customer’s access to Preview at any time.
2.1.6. By starting to use Preview, Customer accepts the present terms of use of Preview and represents that he or she understands the risks associated with the use of Preview and confirms that he or she:
(a) is familiar with the limitations in using Preview;
(b) understands that Preview is provided “as is”;
(c) accepts the risk of any negative consequences caused by errors or other malfunctions of Preview;
(d) will comply with Documentation on Site and / or in Management Console.
2.1.7. By starting to use Preview Customer agrees that in order to improve the quality of Service Yandex or additional feature of Service is entitled to collect reviews and feedbacks from Customer on various issues related to Preview testing. Collected reviews and feedbacks can be used to generate statistical and other data that can be used to improve Services.
2.1.8. Customer undertakes not to disclose any information relating to Preview, which is not accessible to a third party, including information regarding performance and errors of Preview, reviews, feedback, opinions, suggestions in respect of the operation of Service provided by Customer, including reports on detected errors and inconsistencies obtained in the process or as a result of testing Preview of Service.
2.2. Public Version
2.2.1. The use of Public Version is regulated by Terms.
2.2.2. Service Level will be provided for Public Version, unless otherwise expressly specified in Terms.
2.2.3. The use of Public Version will be charged in accordance with applicable Service Rates, unless otherwise set forth in Terms of certain Service.
2.2.4. In the process of providing Public Version of Service there is possibility of providing Preview version of additional feature. Preview of additional feature is regulated by provisions of Service Terms regulated Preview.
2.3. Within the Availability Zone "Kazakhstan" Yandex provides Preview versions of Services, which, despite the provisions of the Terms of Use of Specific Services, are not subject to billing, and the Service Level Agreement is not applicable to these Services. This clause applies to the relevant Services until their change to the Public Version. Information about the version of the Services is posted in accordance with the clause 2.1.3 of Service Terms.
3. DEFINITIONS:
“Availability Zones” means geographically distributed data centers that host Yandex's infrastructure used to provide Customer with computing and other resources of Platform. Information on Availability Zones is available on Site and in Management Console.
