Service Level for Yandex Container Registry

This document defines Service Level of Yandex Container Registry ("Service") and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

< 99.95%–98.00% 10.0%
< 98.00%–90.00% 15.0%
less than 90.00 % 30.0%

Definition of the Service Unavailability:

  • 50x response codes for more than 10% of queries during the observation time (not less than 5 minutes);
  • the network unavailability of endpoint cr.yandex or cr.cloud.yandex.net or container-registry.cloud.yandex.net due to a preview suspension or other problems of Yandex.
