Service Level for Smart Web Security
This document defines Service Level of Smart Web Security (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:
“Service Unavailability” is calculated as the percentage of requests sent from the Service Application Load Balncer used by the Customer and inspected by the Service protection modules without receiving errors from Yandex servers.
“Unavailability of the Service” is recorded when the Error Rate exceeds 5% on the server side of the Service.
“Error rate” is calculated as follows: the number of requests that returned the error code 5xx divided by the total number of requests made in five minutes.
“Service Unavailability Period” means the number of whole minutes during which the Service Unavailability was recorded.
