Service Level for Yandex Cloud Monium

This document defines Service Level of Yandex Cloud Monium (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

The Service Level is provided solely within the scope of billable consumption volume of the Service.

1. Service Level for the Monium Logs functionality (hereinafter "Monium Logs")

Monium Logs Service Level: 99.9% Availability:

"Monium Logs Unavailability" is recorded when the Server Error Rate exceeds 5% on Yandex's side.

"Error Rate" is measured using the following formula: the number of requests returning HTTP error codes 500–599, or gRPC error codes 13, 14, divided by the total number of Valid Requests within one minute.

"Valid Request" — a request compliant with Monium Logs documentation that, when Monium Logs is operational, returns an HTTP Status in the range 200–499 or a gRPC Status of 0, 1, 3–12, 16.

"Monium Logs Unavailability Period" means the number of full minutes during which Monium Logs Unavailability was recorded.

2. Service Level for the Monium Metrics functionality (hereinafter "Monium Metrics")

Monium Metrics Service Level: 99.9%

"Service Unavailability" is recorded when the Error Rate exceeds 5% on the server side.

"Error Rate" is measured using the following formula: the number of requests returning HTTP 5xx error codes, divided by the total number of requests made within five minutes.

"Service Unavailability Period" means the number of full minutes during which Monium Metrics Unavailability was recorded.

3. Service Level for the Monium Traces functionality (hereinafter "Monium Traces")

"Monium Traces Unavailability" is recorded when the Server Error Rate exceeds 5% on Yandex's side.
