Service Level for Yandex Cloud CDN

This document defines the Service Level for Yandex Cloud CDN (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of the Service Unavailability:

Inability to process an end user's request, for reasons depending on Yandex, within 30 seconds.
