Service Level for Yandex Audit Trails
This document defines Service Level of Yandex Audit Trails (“Service”) and is an integral part of Yandex.Cloud Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) and SLA available at: https://yandex.com/legal/cloud_sla. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in Agreement and Linked Documents.

Definition of Service Unavailability:
“Service Unavailability” is fixed in cases when one or more Trails generate an error "UNKNOWN" or "INTERNAL_ERROR" in the status for 5 minutes or more.
The “Trail” means resource of the Audit Trails that allows to create a configuration for collecting and uploading audit records in relation to the Platform resources used by the Customer.
The Service Level Agreement does not apply to cases where Service Unavailability is resulted from problems/failures in Yandex Object Storage, Yandex Data Streams, Yandex Cloud Logging.
