Request tracking and communication
You will update customer requests with new information as needed, forward cases to partner organizations when required, and collect user feedback on service quality through centralized information systems. You will also educate users on resolving common issues independently and using available resources.
IT infrastructure and procurement
You will help identify partners, service providers, and IT equipment suppliers, including supporting IT setup for new launches, sourcing providers for new locations, tracking and purchasing IT equipment, and maintaining existing infrastructure.
Process improvement and technical development
You will participate in developing technical solutions for new challenges and changing local market conditions.
