Team Assistant

As a Team Assistant, you will be responsible for effective and efficient day-to-day management and organization for the CFO and finance team. You will work within a wider team that includes senior managers and a range of support staff, all of which are there to support the executive team.

• Serve as the main point of contact for executives
• Handle complex diary management
• Make travel arrangements
• Organize and support high-level senior meetings
• Write reports and presentations

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and influencing skills as demonstrated in formal documents, briefs, letters, emails, and other communications
• Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate processes and policies accurately
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic, using initiative and creativity to address challenges and meet deadlines
• Proactive approach and the ability to work independently when faced with ambiguity, flexibly managing and prioritizing your own workload
• Good planning and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work with colleagues at all levels within and outside the organization, staying responsive, polite, friendly, and efficient
• Commitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvement
• Fluent spoken and written Dutch and English

• Experience providing high-level administrative and/or personal support to senior executives
