You will ensure and improve service quality by analyzing operational metrics, customer journey maps (CJM), and conducting field research to identify areas for optimization.
Developing business relationships
You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with courier subcontractor companies, acting as their main point of contact. You will also study courier behavior, identify their motivations and challenges, and build trust and engagement through fieldwork and data-driven analysis. Additionally, you will explore external partnerships and elevate them to operational and strategic levels.
