We’re looking for an ambitious Recruiter who will handle international recruitment and would like to grow with the company.
Tasks that await you
- Manage the overall recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, from the initial briefing to new employees’ first steps in the company
- Develop diverse talent pipelines and succession plan market maps for senior, company-critical roles
- Find solutions for positions and markets no one in Yandex has ever recruited for
- Provide HR support as the point of contact for employees
We expect that you
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of search tools and methods (the more the better)
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English proficiency
- Experience in roles such as HR admin/administrative manager
