Real Estate Industry Business Partner

The key client team is looking for an experienced manager to help support and develop cooperation with top real estate clients.

• Create a long-term client development strategy based on business objectives
• Prepare commercial offers for Yandex advertising products
• Build partnerships with client marketing and business teams at the operational and top management levels
• Manage a cross-functional team of analysts and account managers

• Have the ability to create offers based on the client's business priorities and KPIs
• Can build a long-term strategy for working with clients
• Have experience with account planning
• Have proven skills in negotiating with and presenting offers to decision-makers on client marketing teams
• Have experience working with major players in real estate, including knowledge of real estate products in retail, small, and medium-sized enterprises
• Are knowledgeable about local and global trends in real estate
• Have expertise in Yandex advertising products and those of our competitors, including their competitive advantages
• Have experience analyzing and improving advertising campaigns
• Have extensive knowledge of standard metrics for analytics, multi-channel attribution, calculating LTV, and branding campaigns
• Are capable of managing counterparties (stakeholder map)
• Have experience interacting directly with clients' marketing directors
• Have a demonstrated track record of organizing and holding events to build client relationships
• Possess the skills needed to manage analytical teams
• Are familiar with the basics of contextual and display advertising (advertising formats, campaign performance metrics)

• Have experience with media planning and supporting contextual and media campaigns
• Have worked for an advertising agency or platform
• Are familiar with web analytics systems (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics)
