Project Manager
Yandex, Russia’s largest IT company, operates in 36 countries worldwide. The Autonomous Vehicles business unit develops advanced self-driving technologies and platforms. We are building next-generation vehicle systems in cooperation with a Chinese Independent Design House, focusing on safety, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination between technical teams in Russia and partners in China, driving project success from start to finish.
Tasks that await you
Project management
You will oversee the autonomous vehicle project, including planning, coordination, execution, and issue follow-up throughout the entire lifecycle.

Cooperation
You will collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement development plans, support integration activities, manage change processes, and oversee validation and testing at all key stages.
Delivery
You will develop and implement an end-to-end project management process, covering the full cycle from initial request to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs in Russia.
We expect that you
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Are familiar with the automotive industry, its structure, and operating model, and can effectively communicate with industry partners
- Understand the components and systems used in autonomous driving (control units, sensors)
- Are aware of emerging technologies, understand practical implementation challenges, and can propose solutions
- Have experience managing vehicle or autonomous technology development projects (preferred)
- Are fluent in English (reading and writing) and have HSK4-level Chinese
- Live in Chengdu
