Procurement Manager

To support the launch of new offices and ensure smooth operations, we are looking for an energetic Procurement Manager who knows procurement and is ready to learn new things.

• Managing purchases in international regions
• Investigating the needs of internal customers
• Analyzing the market and identifying new partners
• Conducting tenders for equipment and services
• Interacting with suppliers, including gathering information on goods and prices, approving delivery and payment terms, and finalizing contracts
• Placing orders and monitoring their execution
• Optimizing processes
• Maintaining and monitoring the implementation of the procurement plan
• Working with Oracle

• Have basic knowledge of procurement sourcing and purchasing
• Have experience in the procurement of services
• Have five or more years of experience as a procurement manager in an international company
• Are sociable and proactive, and have an analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Know how to use your time efficiently
• Are fluent in Russian and English
• Have a solid background using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
