Performance Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Turkey and contribute to the enhancement of technologies at the intersection of search and generative AI.
Yandex Search based on generative AI is a powerful tool that helps you quickly find information, products, services, and answers to your questions using information from the web. It understands text, voice, and images, and provides results in Turkic languages, English, and Russian.
Tasks that await you
Online product promotion
You will define strategies for online product promotion, set tasks for campaign launches, and analyze advertising activity. You will also generate ideas for tests, run online testing, devise growth mechanics, and identify new acquisition channels.

Campaign performance analytics
You will monitor KPI execution and ensure advertising campaigns are launched on time. You will also analyze procurement effectiveness in terms of CPI, CPO, CAC, and CR, as well as deeper product metrics. Additionally, you will identify cause-and-effect relationships and find growth points.
Digital media campaign deployment
You will support media campaigns and prepare media plans through the collection of proposals from agencies, verification of KPIs, benchmarking, monitoring of creative effectiveness, and participation in the development of new concepts.
Collaboration with agencies and internal teams
You will coordinate with business units and campaign implementation teams and effectively communicate with external agencies to ensure smooth execution.
We expect that you
- Have experience working on the client side with agencies
- Have experience in both web and mobile performance
- Have worked with big data, visualization systems, and web/app analytics tools like Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, and AppsFlyer
- Are skilled at setting tasks for different departments (acquisition channels, analytics, product teams)
- Have a solid understanding of online advertising channels and their specifics
- Possess excellent communication and self-organization skills and know how to delegate while also being hands-on
- Have the ability to work with ad cabs by hand and the skill to depute
- Are proficient in English at the Intermediate or higher level
