Onboarding Manager
Yandex Ads is an all-in-one digital advertising solution helping businesses worldwide attract Russian-speaking audiences. We’re looking for an Onboarding Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of complex advertising solutions, monetization tools, and comprehensive analytics. You will work with prospective clients and support relationships with international clients.
Tasks that await you
Onboarding prospective international clients in Yandex Direct
You will support the adaptation of prospective clients to our system, provide assistance with all types of advertising products, consult on strategies (CPA/CPC/CPM/CPI), and help set up ad campaigns.

Managing, optimizing, and growing ad campaigns
You will help clients solve current issues, offer new Yandex solutions and products, monitor and analyze ad campaigns, and proactively suggest data-driven improvements to drive results.
We expect that you
- Are ready to proactively communicate with clients, suggest ad campaign optimizations, and introduce other products
- Are able to hold personal meetings with clients and organize training seminars and webinars
- Are fluent in English and Turkic languages at an advanced level or higher, with the ability to discuss professional topics
Preferred qualifications
- Have 3+ years of professional experience in the AdTech industry, preferably with hands-on PPC campaign management on digital platforms (Yandex Direct, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok)
