Yandex Delivery is part of Yandex’s global superapp ecosystem, offering on-demand delivery services for both individuals and businesses. Operating in over 20 markets across the CIS, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa, we’re reshaping how logistics work—making sending and receiving parcels fast and frictionless. We are now looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead growth strategy in the CIS and Latin America and support regional leadership in scaling our presence.
Tasks that await you
Driving marketing strategy
You will develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy to ensure sustainable service growth in the region.

Executing multi-channel campaigns
You will launch and manage brand activations, media campaigns, and BTL initiatives.
Managing growth marketing efforts
You will oversee CRM communications and digital acquisition campaigns, ensuring effective implementation and optimization.
Owning communication strategy
You will gather market, customer, and competitor insights to tailor messaging across a complex product ecosystem.
Analyzing the product funnel
You will track funnel metrics, identify growth opportunities, and drive improvements across all stages.
Collaborating with stakeholders
You will build strong relationships with key internal and external partners.
Overseeing marketing budget
You will manage budget allocation across initiatives and ensure efficient use of resources.
We expect that you
- Hold a degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Have 5+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing
- Are fluent in English
- Can demonstrate successful marketing campaigns and strong project management skills
- Know how to collaborate across teams and levels
- Have solid analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
