Developing a client portfolio and ensuring GMV growth
You will develop a client portfolio and ensure client retention. You will also find solutions leading to order and GMV growth. Additionally, you will advise clients on service performance matters.
Client acquisition and development
You will attract new B2B and B2G Enterprise clients to Yandex Taxi, strengthen relationships with existing partners—including major industry players—and identify solutions to boost order volume and GMV. You'll sell additional products, advise clients on service features, respond to product-related inquiries, and ensure seamless support. Your role also involves maintaining CRM records, working with internal tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, finance, international sales, and support. In addition, you'll represent the company at B2B events and manage a team of Junior Key Account Managers.
